Korsa Technical · Careers

Work where emissions compliance
actually moves the needle.

Korsa is built around Permian Basin field operations (LDAR, OGI, and Subpart W), but running compliance programs takes a full team.
We hire field technicians, QAQC analysts, software developers, office staff, and interns who want work that matters. If you take emissions data seriously, we'd like to meet you.

Room to grow

We're a growing Permian Basin consultancy, not a mega-contractor. Strong performers take on more responsibility and program ownership as we expand.

Work that matters

Field surveys, QAQC, software, and operations all serve the same goal: emissions data operators can defend. Your work reaches clients, not a black hole.

Field surveys drive what we do. Everything else supports accurate, defensible, on-time delivery.

Field

Method 21 monitoring, OGI surveys, and Subpart W measurements across Permian facilities. LDAR technicians and OGI operators, FLIR-certified or actively pursuing certification.

QAQC & compliance

Review field data and produce audit-ready Subpart W and GHGRP reporting. Analysts who validate calculations and catch issues before clients do.

Software development

Build and maintain TotalEI, our emissions platform. Developers who ship tools field teams and analysts actually use.

Operations & admin

Scheduling, client coordination, document control, and program logistics. Office staff who keep multi-site Permian work organized.

Program leadership

Coordinate crews, client relationships, and deliverables across field and office teams. Experienced professionals ready to own programs end to end.

Internships

Hands-on exposure across field surveys, QAQC, software, and operations. Students and early-career candidates in environmental science, compliance, or development.
