Office Administrator

Full-time
Support day-to-day office operations for a growing Permian Basin LDAR and emissions compliance team. You will help keep scheduling, billing, and client communication running smoothly alongside field and reporting staff.
- General office administration, document control, and filing
- Client and vendor correspondence, phone coverage, and meeting coordination
- Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic accounting support
- Organize project records and help field teams with logistics as needed
- Comfortable learning industry terminology; prior oil and gas office experience a plus
QAQC & compliance
QAQC Analyst
Midland, TX
Full-time
Review LDAR and emissions field data before it reaches clients. You will validate calculations, catch inconsistencies early, and help produce audit-ready Subpart W and GHGRP documentation.
- QAQC review of Method 21, OGI, and Subpart W field data
- Validate emissions calculations and supporting documentation
- Work with field teams to resolve data gaps and reporting issues
- Support GHGRP and state reporting deliverables
- Strong attention to detail; emissions or environmental compliance experience preferred
